    A little bit about Harper's Bowtique

    Welcome to Harper's Bowtique! I am a small shop located in the mountains of North Carolina. I started making hair bows in November of 2018 with the thought of doing it as a hobby. If only I had known that "hobby" was going to turn into a full time job! We offer a variety of the highest quality, affordable hair bows and baby dolls. All handmade right here in our home!     All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. If that happens, please reach out via email at harpersbowtiquecs@gmail.com.

    All orders ship same/next day depending on the time of the order. I ship through USPS and shipping is a flat rate of $6.
